Minimum Commitment: Initial term of 3 months to allow visible results.
Pause/Cancel: After this period, you may pause or cancel with 14 days’ notice before the next billing date.
Payments: Billed monthly via Square Subscriptions; an active payment method is required.
Missed Appointments: Treatments must be taken within the calendar month. <48h cancellations may be forfeited.
Non-Transferable: Memberships are for individual use only.
Treatment Variations: Options may vary based on product availability or seasonal skin needs. All treatments will be tailored to your skin type, condition and objectives.
Product Inclusions: Homecare items are non-refundable once collected/opened.
Clinic Right to Terminate: We may cancel memberships for repeated missed payments or policy breaches.
