I’ve been having treatments with Tracey for quite a while now, and she’s the only person I trust and go to. She is very friendly, professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable and you genuinely feel safe in her hands. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never pushes unnecessary treatments, which is appreciated. She’s also always easy to contact, pricing is transparent with no surprises, and arranging an appointment is never a hassle. Have nothing but positives to say about Tracey and the treatments she carries out. The results I get from my Botox are exactly what I always wanted.  Recently I visited Tracey because I was unhappy with my thinning lips, I asked for a natural look and it was exactly what I got. I had a carboxy facial on Monday and i was delighted with the treatment and result. My skin is usually dry and red in places. This treatment has plumped it up and made it feel soft and fresh-looking and the redness has definitely vastly improved. I can highly recommend Tracey! She's really nice and honest regarding treatment expectations, doesn't give false promises which I highly value, also she is using quality products. I tend to get bruises after injections but I never ever had any after her treatments. Tracey takes time to listen to what you want to achieve and discusses options to get to your goal with realistic and honest considerations and how appropriate different approaches might be.   You feel so welcome and at ease throughout with ongoing explanations of what will happen next.  Tracey is also very talented at understanding the aesthetic nature of what is being done with the aim for a very natural outcome.
